My Approach

Every body is different, and no two sessions unfold exactly the same way. I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques and tools, selecting what best supports your body in the moment.

A row of small white bone fragments laying on green moss.

Your body isn't a checklist.

Every session begins with listening - to what you're experiencing, how you're moving, and what your tissues are communicating. From there, I draw from years of training and a range of therapeutic techniques to create a session that meets you where you are that day.

Sometimes that means focused myoskeletal work. Sometimes it's lymphatic drainage. Sometimes your body responds beautifully to MediCupping, stretching, sound, or another tool in my practice.

You don't have to know what technique you need. That's part of what I'm here for.

Tools and Techniques

Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.

Testimonials

  • Elvia is a hidden jewel. I can truthfully claim that her massage and body work is by far the best. She is consistent, yet intuitive enough to know what your body needs. I cannot recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed. My sessions with her are my favorite days ever.

  • Elvia is truly a gifted bodyworker who brings a deep understanding of movement, alignment, and healing to every session. Her ability to pinpoint tension, release restrictions, and restore balance is unmatched. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or simply seeking to reconnect with your body, Elvia’s work is both therapeutic and transformative. She takes the time to assess what your body needs and applies a blend of techniques to provide deep relief and long-term benefits. Her approach isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about realigning and healing at a structural level. Beyond her skill, Elvia creates a welcoming, supportive space where you feel heard and cared for. I always leave a session feeling lighter, more mobile, and in tune with my body. If you're looking for someone who truly understands the art and science of bodywork, Elvia is the one to see! 💆‍♀️✨

  • OMG everything feels so much better I don't even have words. Upper back and my lower back and hips too. Thank you♥️

  • Elvia is a terrific massage therapist. I injured my index finger severely, which in turn incorporated my thumb. I noticed that my thumb is being drawn in so I can no longer lay my hand flat. Elvia worked on my forearm using Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), Myofascial release, cupping and stretching. When she was done my hand was released into a much flatter or neutral position. I love the way she uses the NKT process to evaluate the root cause of pain and then works on the issue. This is a highly effective approach to massage therapy and takes the practice to the next level.

  • Elvia is FANTASTIC! As a physical therapist, I'm very particular about the bodywork I receive and massage therapists in general. Elvia uses her vast knowledge and intuition to find that a spot on my HEAD was over acting for both jaw muscles! I have been told by other massage therapists about how tight my body is and all the things I should do to prevent that (which I do all of these things), but Elvia has never been deterred by my stiffness and knows how to relieve them using her own gifts! Definitely do your body a favor and book with Elvia!
